Los Angeles, CA – Chief Medical Officer Perez reporting! The 24th annual Gallifrey One covered so much of time and space that it will have two blog posts with multiple photo galleries (which hopefully makes up for there being no entries the last couple of weeks). I am talking of course about the world’s largest and longest running Doctor Who convention!

Fan favorites both on screen and behind-the-camera came out to help celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Doctor Who to a sold out crowd. I beamed over to help operate the Console room with the 1996 Doctor Who movie used TARDIS console and Star Trek Next Generation screen used bridge set pieces along with Doctor Who costumes and prop replicas.

Friday, February 15th we had many special guests stop by such as Seventh Doctor Sylvester McCoy and voice of the Daleks & Cybermen Nicholas Briggs, the Nerdist crew filming upcoming segments interviewing writer/producer Jane Espenson (Buffy, Once Upon a Time, Torchwood) as well as a Doctor Who Dating Game. Also enjoyed lot’s of cosplay and karaoke fun so let’s get right to the first round of photos… Feel free to click for enlarge view and share! A bigger batch of photos will be posted in part two.
